RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a Return Authorization. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. A cancellation request must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase.

Customized and Personalized items – due to the nature of these items we cannot accept returns or exchanges, unless they arrive damaged or defective (see damage section).
Conditions of return
New, unused and unworn merchandise. Please note that all returned items must be in flawless condition and capable of being resold. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
